I like the cropped version, it doesn't take away from the original at all. I really like the contrast of the old architecture style to the newer sky scrapers in the background. There is a balance of opposites that really says something.
What do you think of the exposure of this photo? I played around and made the background really white.... does that look ok? Or should I fix that and make it a little darker?
Though I've taken 2 photography courses, I still am far from being a halfway decent photographer. That being said, I do a lot of traveling and I'd like to be able to show off my photos and say "I took this shot" someday. This blog is mainly so I can get critiques from people out there in the world. Please feel free to tell me what you like and don't like. Any help would be appreciated.
